We now have managed to get over 150 votes for the Goudhurst Exchange and stand at 59/2495 in the league table for eligible exchanges nationally on BT’s Race to Infinity.
We can win the race for the area if you can sign for the campaign up HERE.
A full league table of all exchanges in the country can be found here.
Our aim is to get the Goudhurst exchange to over 20% votes by the 31st December. Although this may not be enough to win the overall race, it should be enough for us to be the highest scoring exchange for BT’s Northdowns (ND) Area and put us in a good position to be one of the first exchanges to be upgraded in 2012 onwards.
However, the race is close-run and we need to now ANOTHER 20+ VOTES TODAY to beat the following North Downs exchanges:
#41 = Wingham NDWIN (14.95% of exchange lines)
#47 = Bridge NDBRI (14.55% of exchange lines)
#51 = Newick NDNEI (14.13% of exchange lines)
#59 = Goudhurst NDGOU (13.37% of exchange lines)
#61 = Brenchley NDBRE (13.21% of exchange lines)
#63 = Mayfield NDMAY (13.12% of exchange lines)
Please pass this note on to your neighbours and any businesses you know that have the telephone number 01580 211 XXX, 01580 212 XXX or 01580 213 XXX so that we can appear on BT’s radar screen as being the clear winner in North Downs to get the next generation of superfast broadband before any of the other eligible exchanges in Kent and East Sussex!
